You may use ExFinder to monitor cryptocurrency exchange rates, review exchangers, and access analytical content for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to distribute malware, scrape data in violation of our rate limits, misrepresent identity, or facilitate any illegal activity.

Automated access, reverse engineering, and any interference with the security or integrity of the platform are strictly prohibited.

Reviews, comments, and other content you submit must be truthful, based on real experience, and free of hateful, defamatory, or unlawful material. You retain ownership of your content but grant ExFinder a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform.

Discussion areas are moderated. ExFinder reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse any submission that violates community guidelines. Off-topic promotion, spam, and manipulation of ratings are grounds for immediate removal.

Do not include personal financial data, private keys, transaction identifiers that reveal identity, or other sensitive information in public submissions. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data you provide directly.

ExFinder may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the service itself.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ExFinder does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rates or third-party data and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExFinder, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExFinder operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, at ExFinder's election.
