Your order was marked as “Completed” once we sent the payment to the bank, but the actual processing and delivery of funds between banks takes additional time. We cannot provide the UETR / SEPA transaction ID until the bank has fully processed the transfer, this is exactly what we explained to you in our messages. As soon as the payment was successfully processed on the bank’s side, we may provided all the necessary details.
